Having served as a Worship Leader and Youth Pastor, Mark and his wife Sylvia were called to pastor Rock Church Ministries in 1995. Their mandate from the Lord is to love, serve, and train the body of Christ while providing an atmosphere of growth and opportunity for each member to develop their gifts and fulfill God’s call on their life.

Mark and Sylvia have four children and one daughter-in-law: Anthony and his wife Michelle, Ashley, Whitney and Christopher. Their heart is to see all races and ethnic groups come together to worship the Lord.  Faithfulness, balance, being a servant, and “Unity through Diversity” are hallmarks of their ministry.

Pastor Mark is an anointed psalmist and worship leader. He received his Master in Human Services and Business Management from Liberty University and his Doctorate in Theology from Midwest Seminary of Bible Theology. He has a deep understanding of the Scriptures and the gifting to teach the Word in a way that all can understand.
